This classic French sauce, intensely flavored with garlic and lemon traditionally served with blanched vegetables and poached fish can form the focal point for a whole meal. We use it as a dip for a specific selection of vegetables, including asparagus or green beans (seasonal), red peppers, boiled new potatoes, hard boiled eggs and black olives.

Another classic. this spicy Indonesian peanut sauce is wonderful with blanched cauliflower, boiled new potatoes, green beans or snow peas, cucumbers, red peppers and carrots.

Chinese Vegetable Medley
Vegetables such as snow peas, carrots, cauliflower, baby corns, cucumbers, celery and water chestnuts are tossed in a simple, but special, sesame-soy marinade.

Roasted Vegetable Medley
We oven-roast our veggies in olive oil and garlic, then marinate them overnight in wonderful vinaigrettes.

Roasted Asparagus with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Garlic-roasted, leggy spears of asparagus are set colorfully against a canvas of roasted red or yellow pepper, and balsamic vinegar puree.
