Specialty and Traditional Layer Cakes

We have selected recipes for standard layer cakes that are moister than the standard genoise. Our buttercream, too, is neither too sweet nor too rich, and is made from all butter and genuine flavorings. Our cakes are full-sized and generous. Our ''sheet cake'' is a full, deep layer that stands free and is frosted all around (not a thin layer that comes in an aluminum disposable). Simple buttercream borders finish the cake and fresh flowers are included at no additional charge.

We would be happy to add fresh sliced strawberries, a sprinkling of liqueurs such as Grand Marnier or amaretto, or special fillings such as fresh lemon curd or bittersweet chocolate truffle. This may add significantly to the cost of the cake.
